Danny, drives Talencity’s business development, financial and administrative matters. Specialising in building the required infrastructure, efficient processes that drive revenue growth and keeping on top of profit and market share growth for industry leaders.
Danny is highly accomplished, with an MBA from the University of Toronto, and is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA). He has worked in the professional services industry for over 20 years, including engineering, consulting and staffing firms. His experience includes audit and insolvency consulting within a Big 4 accounting firm, and financial and business administrative leadership within Canadian and international engineering and staffing firms, both publicly and privately owned.
Helen is an industry leader of 10 years in the recruitment industry and brings a wealth of in-depth Talent experience and knowledge to Talencity. Her true brilliance shines in her capabilities of searching and pairing the right talent with the right client, as well as her ability to build strong relationships.
Helen leads the recruitment process and client management. She specializes in the engineering side of the business, and her consultative approach has yielded positive results for many clients. Helen’s dedication, skill and capabilities have resulted in her receiving numerous awards, including several for outstanding performance.
Jannie is an accomplished, versatile, and results-driven Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of progressive experience. Motivated self-starter with experience in recruitment and all aspects of Human Resoources.

Christine comes with many years of management experience in banking, and running an apparel manufacturing business specializing in womens’ sportswear.

Christine’s primary focus is internal recruitment driving Talencity’s team. Additionally, Christine recruits professionals for various Talencity clients. In her spare time, she volunteers at several local schools on their Councils and runs many extracurricular functions like school wide fundraising events and year long food & nutrition programs.
